DLP-1S 3D Printer Manual
Built for Production, High-Precision DLP 3D Printer
DLP stereolithography 3D printers take industrial 3D printing to a whole new level, offering unparalleled precision, proven repeatability, extremely tight tolerances, and an exceptionally smooth surface finish. Delivering injection molding accuracy unmatched by other resin 3D printers, it enables short-run production and on-demand manufacturing for applications requiring exceptional quality and high part performance. Combined with the broad range of high-performance materials in its open material system, it is the most advanced industrial production 3D printing solution.
Bringing the advantages of additive manufacturing for high-mix, low-volume production to high-precision applications
• Ideal for low-volume production, accommodating tight tolerances and large, complex parts
• Open material system: Choose the most suitable high-performance material from a validated list
• Complete flexibility: Use your own materials and print settings with open material licenses
• Reduce supply chain risk by in-house production, especially for applications requiring accuracy, repeatability, and injection molding quality
• Improve the quality of high-precision part production by minimizing reliance on first-party manufacturers and consolidating multi-component parts into a single SKU
Repeatable accuracy, tight tolerances, and surface finish
• Higher-performing projectors with proven application accuracy down to 50 microns
• Light engine irradiance levels result in parts with higher green strength and performance, mimicking final-stage properties
• Patented pneumatic mechanism reduces separation force, achieving results in less than 20 Achieve smooth molded surfaces at print speeds of 1000 m/h
• Validated post-processing workflows, rigorously tested internally and externally
Physical properties of functional end-use parts
Not only do you get access to the industry’s broadest range of high-performance materials, but you also get a system that can accurately and repeatably print a wide range of materials—from high-temperature resins to high-viscosity materials. Its heated build chamber can continuously control temperatures up to 60°C, while the new DLP light engine, with 5 mW/cm² irradiance, prints parts with high strength and very near-final-stage properties, right off the printer. Curing takes only minutes, and with our validated curing options, you can maintain part performance and quality. Unlike other 2K material solutions, the DLP-1S has no resin tank life limitations that could restrict post-processing.
