Product Description
Name: 3D Printing Lost Wax Casting Photosensitive Resin
Model: 804
Color: White
Packaging: Bottled
Specifications: 1000g
Introduction:
Suitable for printing delicate wax models for gold and silver wire, jewelry, and other applications in the jewelry industry.
Compatible Printers:
LCD 3D printers and DLP 3D printers with an LED light source wavelength of 365nm-405nm.
804 is a high-wax content, photocurable casting resin material that, when combined with ultra-fast continuous 3D printing technology, creates flawless casting results.
Leveraging the easy casting properties of wax and the excellent photocurable molding properties of resin, it can be placed in a low-temperature furnace and cast together with the wax. It burns very cleanly, ashlessly, and residue-free, capturing clear, precise details. It also has an exceptionally smooth surface. Even thick models with embedded lettering can be printed flawlessly.

High Definition, Strength, and Precision:
Capture intricate details without worrying about thermal expansion, allowing you to create challenging and unique models.
Surface Quality:
Printed models with a smooth surface require minimal polishing before casting. Wax is both an excellent casting material and a surface enhancer. It can act as a filler during printing and enhance print textures during post-curing, creating a smoother, brighter surface.
Excellent Print Reliability:
Continuous 3D printing with zero release force is no longer affected by material strength, allowing for an unconstrained ratio of wax to resin, allowing them to leverage their respective strengths. This results in fewer and smaller supports, making printing easier and more reliable.
Excellent Casting Success Rate:
As the temperature rises, the wax first disappears into a honeycomb-like pattern, eliminating any residual resin from affecting the plaster. It can be placed in the furnace at low temperatures and cast along with the wax part. It can also be placed in the furnace at high temperatures for even better casting results.
