Introduction:
This low-viscosity liquid photosensitive resin is specifically developed for industrial SLA machines, enabling the production of durable, hard, and waterproof functional parts. It offers fast curing, high molding precision, excellent surface finish, and ABS-like properties, along with high mechanical strength, low odor, long shelf life, and excellent versatility. Its appearance and texture are virtually indistinguishable from traditional thermoplastics, yet it offers the toughness, accuracy, and durability to produce strong, complex parts.

Applications:
It is suitable for producing robust and practical prototypes for applications such as snap-fit assemblies, automotive housings, impellers and piping, mating parts for consumer electronics, and architectural models.

Characteristics:
The elastic modulus, yield stress, and breaking strength are all high, as is the elongation at break. The large area under the stress-strain curve indicates the material’s excellent toughness, making it an excellent engineering material; similar to polyamide (PC) and cellulose acetate.

Product Features:
01 Durability
This durable 3D printing material, developed by Dayoude, offers an appearance and feel virtually indistinguishable from traditional thermoplastics. This makes it ideal for parts and prototypes used in functional testing applications.

02 Low Shrinkage
This high-toughness resin, type 703, with a proven formula, is designed to minimize volume shrinkage, ensuring that the printed model remains consistent with the CAD design dimensions. Shrinkage is ≤1% (with a tolerance of ±0.03).

03 High Precision
It allows for easy capture of details and maximizes the fidelity of the designed structure. However, due to its low elongation at break, it is not suitable for thin-walled parts (recommended minimum wall thickness of 1mm).

04 High Hardness
The cured model achieves a hardness of 80D, offering superior hardness and durability, making it an ideal choice for industrial parts requiring high impact resistance.

05 Good Toughness
Due to the enhanced toughness of the upgraded formula, the cured prototype achieves a balanced rigidity and toughness, with excellent wear and scratch resistance.
