Soft Gingival Resin – 609A
Product Introduction
Light-curing Gingival Resin 609A, specifically designed for 3D printing dentistry, is a chemical polymer based on alternating chains of silicon and oxygen atoms. It functions as liquid silicone rubber (LSR) in 3D printing, a highly stable elastomer that can withstand extreme temperatures and environments.

This artificial gingival model material offers exceptional fidelity and softness. This gingival resin boasts excellent molding stability, elasticity, and tear resistance. It can be combined with dental model materials in digital dentistry to create functional 3D reproductions of functional gingival model segments. The printed models are resistant to aging, exhibit exceptional elasticity and tear resistance, and produce no irritating odor. They maintain their flexibility even after long-term storage.

Soft Gum Photosensitive Resin Material:
Product Name: 3D Printing Soft Gum Resin
Model: 609A
Color: Pink
Packaging: 500g/1000g bottles
Compatible Printers: DLP Reflective Light (High Light Intensity) / LCD Transmitted Light (Low Light Intensity)
Compatibility: Desktop Photosensitive Resin LED Light Source Wavelength 385nm-405nm

Material Features:
1. Highly Flexible. With excellent elasticity and tear resistance, 609A resin bends easily without breaking, making it not only able to withstand greater pressure but also highly portable and foldable without disassembly.
2. Excellent Molding Stability. The liquid resin maintains color separation, discoloration, caking, and subsequent shrinkage after prolonged use. Designed to minimize shrinkage, it ensures dimensional stability of printed models.
3. Aging-resistant, no irritating odor. Durable and easy to store. It can be stored in humid environments without absorbing moisture, demonstrating exceptional durability. Printed models are highly durable, and the resin comes with a 12-month warranty.
4. It simulates the look and feel of natural gingival tissue. It is used to create flexible gingival covers and removable implant soft tissue for use with hard dental models. It is suitable for digital restoration planning and easy to trim to create appropriate concave profiles.
5. It is dimensionally stable, exhibits no subsequent shrinkage, and has a dry, non-sticky surface. Based on our advanced formula, the cured resin model exhibits a smooth, fine-textured surface with no buildup or roughness.

Applications:
It can be used to produce flexible, simulated gingival masks. It can also be used to create flexible gingival covers and removable implant soft tissue for use with hard dental models. It can also be used for prototyping seals, gaskets, plugs, and small, flexible components for consumer and industrial products.
