Dental Restorative Rigid Resin – 607

Product Introduction
This resin material is specifically designed for 3D printing high-precision dental enamels. This material boasts fast build speeds, high precision, and a high surface hardness. It offers high detail reproduction, excellent dimensional stability, and superior model quality, bringing the rapid production of high-precision dental enamels to a new level. Its ultra-low material viscosity minimizes material waste and speeds up the cleaning process. It contains no methyl methacrylate (MMA). Cured parts exhibit sharp edges, rich details, and are tappable. For prototyping applications requiring strong, rigid parts that resist bending, choose the standard Rigid Resin 607.

Economical Restorative Demonstration Dental Model (Rigid) Photosensitive Resin Material:

Material Features:
1. Low Shrinkage. Designed to minimize volume shrinkage, ensuring the dimensional stability of printed models. Due to its low water absorption, it is resistant to aging and discoloration, maintaining a high quality model. Its low shrinkage of 0.5% makes it ideal for dimensionally precise dental models.
2. Rigidity and High Hardness. It offers high molding precision and surface hardness, resulting in high detail reproduction. Designed primarily for printing high-precision dental models, the cured model has a smooth surface that is easily treated and polished.
3. Impact Resistance. The printed models possess excellent physical properties, are impact-resistant, and can be tapped, making them suitable for parts requiring both toughness and strength. Their high flexural strength and wear resistance, combined with maximum dimensional stability, prevent deformation and facilitate grinding and polishing.
4. High build speed. Rapid build speed effectively shortens model curing time, with layer thicknesses of 25-300 microns achieved in as little as 2 seconds.
5. Excellent stability. The liquid resin maintains color separation, discoloration, and agglomeration over time, ensuring the durability of the printed models. The product is guaranteed for 12 months.

Applications:
For 3D printing of crowns, gingiva, bridges, and implant models, removable models, implant diaphragms, partial skulls, periodontal medication trays, and other cost-effective restorative demonstration models.
