Introduction:
Dayoude 605C resin is biocompatible. It is colorless, highly transparent, and resists yellowing. Its viscosity is significantly lower than traditional materials, reducing material loss and facilitating cleaning. It offers maximum transparency without fillers. Its high initial hardness provides excellent mechanical flexural strength and fracture resistance, rapid elastic recovery, excellent tear resistance, and dimensional stability. It is rigid at room temperature and flexible and smooth at body temperature. Due to the material’s memory effect, the ear mold always returns to its original shape. No drying process is required. The coating achieves a perfect surface finish. Short exposure times accelerate production throughput.

Applications:

Suitable for applications such as ear mold shells for headphone and hearing protection devices, especially for the production of large, flexible ear molds. The printed ear molds ensure natural wearing comfort and aesthetic appeal.

Features:
1. Biocompatibility
2. High impact resistance
3. Excellent tear resistance
4. Smooth surface finish for easy cleaning
5. Filler-free, highest transparency
