Product Description:
Product Name: 3D Printing Highly Transparent Anti-Yellowing Photosensitive Resin
Model: 605#
Color: Colorless, Highly Transparent
Packaging: Bottled
Specifications: 500g/1000g
Introduction: Dayoude has developed the 605# colorless, highly transparent, anti-yellowing resin within its existing brand portfolio. It offers excellent mechanical strength, hardness, and toughness. Printed models are easily polished and processed.
Suitable for high-transparency applications in non-high-temperature environments. Its excellent internal transparency makes it ideal for form and assembly verification. It is suitable for high-transparency housing components in engineering models and can also be used to verify exquisite transparent concept models, such as eyewear, high-transparency headphone housings, and lampshades.
Compatible Printers: LCD 3D printers and DLP 3D printers with LED light source wavelengths of 365nm-405nm.
Product Features:
01 High Toughness
The material boasts excellent elongation at break, ensuring printed models are not easily broken, ensuring a high printing success rate.
02 High Precision
Low release force and excellent molding accuracy enable printing of high-definition and detailed models.
03 Excellent Physical Properties
605# offers excellent mechanical strength and hardness, with superior impact resistance compared to 606, and is compatible with direct tapping.
04 Wide Compatibility
Compatible with LCD and DLP 3D printers using LED light source wavelengths of 365nm-405nm. Examples include CREALITY, NOVA3D, ELEGOO, Prozen, and others.
05 Anti-Yellowing
A common problem in 3D printing is the yellowing of conventional transparent resins after printing and UV exposure, seriously affecting visual quality and aesthetics. The 605 series resins developed by the Dayoude brand address this issue. The liquid resin comes with a 12-month warranty.
06 High Transparency
The upgraded formula is designed to enhance the transparency of the model. After curing, the model can be polished, sprayed with UV high-transmittance varnish, and other post-processing methods to achieve a highly transparent shell. The comparison image below demonstrates the model’s high transparency.
