Ceramic Permanent Crown Resin – 201
Product Introduction
201 is a hybrid resin for 3D-printed ceramic fillings for permanent restorations. This product offers a near-natural tooth color, a translucent ivory hue. It enables the production of long-term restorations with high strength and a precise fit. The restorations have low water absorption and a smooth surface, making them less susceptible to aging, discoloration, and plaque accumulation. Medical Class II, Category A, wavelength 385 nm.
Permanent Crown Photosensitive Resin Material:
Product Name: 3D Printed Permanent Crown Photosensitive Resin (Ceramic Filling)
Model: 201
Colors: A1, A2, A3, B1, B3, C2, D3 (Generally: translucent ivory)
Packaging: 500g/1000g bottles
Compatible Models: Suitable for DLP reflective light (high light intensity) and LCD transmissive light (low light intensity) models
Light Source Wavelength: Desktop-grade photosensitive resin LED light source wavelength 385nm-405nm
Material Features:
1. Low shrinkage. Designed to minimize volume shrinkage, ensuring the dimensional stability of the printed model. Due to its low water absorption, it is resistant to aging and discoloration.
2. Ultra-high surface hardness. 201# has a hardness of 88D, offering excellent hardness and high wear resistance, and can be directly tapped.
3. High-temperature resistance. The cured model has a heat deflection temperature of 232°C, making it easy for dentists to sterilize and disinfect at high temperatures.
3. High strength. The cured model has a smooth surface, making it easy to prepare and polish. Its high flexural strength and wear resistance, combined with maximum dimensional stability, prevent deformation and facilitate grinding and polishing.
4. Odorless. Made with raw materials imported from Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea, this product is odorless and non-odorous, suitable for permanent crowns.
Applications:
For 3D printing of permanent restorations, onlays, crowns, inlays, anterior and posterior occlusal veneers, dentures, and long-term temporary bridges.
