Product Name: UV-curable 3D Printing Impact-Resistant Engineering Resin
Model: 604
Color: Black (Customizable)
Packaging: Bottled
Specifications: 500g/1000g
Introduction: 604 is a UV-curable 3D printing engineering resin. It is highly flexible and resistant to breakage, making it suitable for high-strength model parts.
Applicable Machines: Suitable for DLP reflective light (high light intensity) and LCD transmissive light (low light intensity) models.
Light Source Wavelength: Desktop-grade photosensitive resin with an LED light source wavelength of 385nm-405nm
Product Features:
1. Highly elastic: This resin is flexible and resilient.
2. Bendable and foldable: This resin is flexible and can be folded multiple times without breaking.
3. Can be used as a hammer: This resin has excellent impact resistance and is not easily damaged when smashed.

Note:
The above values may vary depending on part geometry, print settings, temperature variations, and post-curing. Therefore, users must test the product before use to ensure that it meets their end-use performance requirements.
The above values are typical values and are not considered binding material specifications or guarantees unless expressly agreed to in writing. The final results will depend on the user’s actual use. This table is for reference only.
Instructions
Recommended DLP Machine Parameters:
Exposure Time: 4-5 seconds,
Base Exposure: 8-10 seconds,
Lift-off Speed Determines by Release Film Properties, Print Lift-off Stall: 0 seconds (This resin has low viscosity).
Recommended LCD Machine Parameters:
Exposure Time: 8-10 seconds,
Base Exposure: 15-18 seconds,
Lift-off Speed Determines by Release Film Properties, Print Lift-off Stall: 0 seconds (This resin has low viscosity).
Printing Process:
1. After printing, remove the model. If any part is firmly stuck to the build plate, scrape off the supports to ensure the integrity of the model.
2. After removal, clean the part in an ultrasonic cleaner with alcohol for 2-3 minutes.
3. After cleaning, remove the part and thoroughly dry the surface with a hair dryer.
4. Place the part in a post-curing machine for curing. The recommended curing time is 5 minutes, which can be increased depending on the size of the part. If a whitening effect occurs, it may be due to the hair dryer not drying the alcohol on the surface.
