Custom Tray Resin – 807S

Product Overview
This biocompatible polymer resin is used for 3D printing dental models. It possesses mechanical properties suitable for dental jaw lining applications, exhibits thermal shape memory, and can soften at 45°C, making it easy to remove and wear. It is also safe and non-toxic.

Directly print impression trays and surgical guides for implants, dentures, crowns, bridges, and other complex dental cases. It offers excellent dimensional accuracy and stability, high wear resistance, high toughness, and impact strength, making it easy to clean. Digitally manufactured impression trays provide consistent and accurate impressions for high-quality dental practice. As a Class II medical device material, complete impression trays can be quickly printed at a layer height of 200 microns, reducing labor time and increasing production throughput.
