Material Features:
- High toughness. The material boasts excellent elongation at break, making printed models less prone to tearing and ensuring a high printing success rate.
- High precision. Low release force and excellent molding precision enable the printing of high-definition and detailed models.
- Excellent physical properties. It offers excellent mechanical strength and hardness, surpassing the impact resistance of 606, and is suitable for direct tapping.
- Anti-yellowing. A common problem in 3D printing is the yellowing of conventional transparent resins after printing and UV exposure, seriously affecting visual quality and aesthetics. The full range of 605 resins developed by the Dayoude brand addresses this issue. The liquid resin comes with a 12-month warranty. See Figures 1 and 2 on the right for a comparison of print results.

- High transparency. The upgraded formula is dedicated to enhancing the transparency of the model. After curing, the model can be polished, sprayed with UV high-transmittance oil, and other post-processing methods to achieve a highly transparent shell. The comparison of the effects in the following figure demonstrates the high transparency of the model.

Applications:
Suitable for flexible orthodontic and splinting appliances, such as medical devices and dental splints. It can also be used for transparent models.
Precautions for use:
- Shake thoroughly before use before pouring into the resin tank.
- This resin should not be mixed with other resins, liquids, or other substances, as this may result in printing failures.
- Low temperatures may affect printing results. Preheat the resin appropriately (no higher than 35°C) before use.
- During use, wear protective gloves and a mask, and keep the room well ventilated.
- This product contains active chemicals. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing.
- This product is mildly irritating to eyes and skin. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
- After contact with skin, rinse immediately with soap and water. After contact with clothing, wash thoroughly before wearing.
- Keep this product out of reach of children and pregnant women.
Storage and transportation:
- Resin should be stored and transported in its original packaging in a sealed, light-proof environment, away from high temperatures and sunlight.
- The recommended storage temperature is 18-35°C.
- After printing, do not mix and store any remaining resin in the resin tank with unused resin. Store it in a separate container away from light.
