Introduction:It’s a clear hypoallergenic UV-curing paint that can be used for repair on any rigid hearing aid housing,or for any application requiring a hard glossy finish.Cures in seconds under a 355nm UV lamp and leaves a smooth shiny finish that requires no polishing.With a water-like viscosity,it is an excellent choice for building hearing aid channels and can be polished or modified with standard tools.Cures to a hard glossy surface with no stickiness.

Application: For use on all hard shell surfaces, such as hearing aid ear molds, hearing protectors, IEM in-ear monitor shells, leaving a high shimmery sheen, eliminating the need for polishing.

Applications：

For varnishing on any hard hearing aid shell or for any finish where a hard gloss is required, scratch resistant and easy to clean, hydrophobic (ruffle effect). All hard shell surfaces, such as hearing aid earmoulds, hearing protectors, IEM in-ear monitor shells, leave a highly shiny lustre and eliminate the need for polishing work.

Precautions：

-Shake well before application.

-This product must not be mixed with other resins, liquids, substances etc. as this will result in failure.

-During application, take care to wear protective gloves and a mask and to keep the room ventilated.

-This product contains active chemicals, this product should be avoided in contact with eyes, skin and clothing.

-This product is slightly irritating to the eyes and skin, in case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

-Rinse with soapy water immediately after contact with skin; wash thoroughly after contact with clothing before use.

-Avoid contact with this product by children and pregnant women.

Storage and transport：

l It should be stored and transported in its original packaging in a sealed and light-proof environment, protected from heat and sunlight.

The recommended temperature is 18-35°C. Lower temperatures may affect the effectiveness of use.

l Do not mix and store residual varnish with unused varnish after use. It should be stored in a separate container.
